I am BUZZING to announce we have Hildy Harland & Bryony joining us in September 🖤

Starting Wednesday 2nd September, Bryony will be bringing you:

Choreo 6:30–7:30pm
Spin Pole 7:30–8:30pm

Then alternating Wednesdays, Hildy will be taking over with:

Commercial Heels 6:30–7:30pm
Flexibility 7:30–8:30pm

Honestly, they’re both absolutely MINT, so get yasels booked on and come show em some love!

IMPORTANT - Please read 💖

Today is the last day to cancel your membership before the price increase. From 1st September 2026, all classes and memberships will be increasing by £2.50.

If you’re currently on a monthly membership and want to stay on your existing plan, you don’t need to do a thing! Your membership will continue as normal.

If you wish to cancel your membership you MUST email [email protected] or DM before 11pm tonight.

Yesterday we said goodbye to F L Mads ...but today we are saying hello to Hildy Harland

Hildy is a professional singer, dancer, actor, showgirl, teacher and choreographer. Hildy is also the producer of Temperance Tea Party and Curious Cat Cabaret, so you know you’re in for a treat!!

You asked...we answered! Students have been asking for Flex for a little while now so we've brought you the first Flex Workshop of many with 🔥 Miss Danger 🔥

This Flex workshop will focus on FRONT SPLITS! you will learn:
💫 what muscles are involved in front SPLITS
💫 active & passive stretching
💫 strengthening exercises
💫 breathing techniques

You will also come away with a personalised stretch & strength plan to work on your goals at home.
