Our studio is located on the (4th floor) 5, Sunco House, Carliol Square, Newcastle Upon Tyne. UK (next door to World Headquarters, opposite Enigma Bar, around the corner from Body Zone Gym)

A HUGE well done to everyone who completed their XPERT Pole Instructor Training this weekend at Northern Pole Dance! 💜✨

You all worked so hard, supported each other, learned so much and brought such lovely energy into the studio. I genuinely can’t wait to see where your instructor journeys take you next! 🥹👏

And a huge thank you to Leah Rose for such a brilliant weekend. It was honestly such a privilege to shadow you and assist with the training. I’m really grateful for the opportunity to learn from you, support the course and experience the weekend from a slightly different side this time. 🫶✨ So much to take away from it, and still always learning.

✨ KIDS AERIAL HAMMOCK COURSE — NEW FOR AUTUMN! ✨

Saturday afternoons are about to get a little more exciting… for kids AND parents 💜

Our brand-new 8-week Kids Aerial Hammock Course gives children the chance to learn aerial skills, build confidence, get active and have fun in a safe and supportive environment — while parents can enjoy a little time for themselves too. 🥰

While the kids are enjoying their Aerial Hammock class downstairs, parents can head upstairs and enjoy their own Pole or Stage Lyra (Lollipop) class. 🙌

✨ One hour. Two classes. Everyone gets their own time.

Your little one can:
💜 Learn fun aerial hammock skills
💜 Build strength, coordination & confidence
💜 Meet new friends
💜 Try something completely different
💜 Learn with qualified, first-aid & safeguarding-trained instructors

And you get an hour to train, recharge and do something for YOU. 💕

Northern Pole Dance has always been more than just a place to come for a class. ❤️

You can absolutely train with us simply because you love pole and aerial, want to get stronger, learn something new, have fun and enjoy it as a hobby.But if one day you decide you want to take it further, I want NPD to be a platform for growth, development and real opportunities.

This year alone, we’ve already hosted Aerial Hammock Instructor Training and Children’s Pole & Aerial Instructor Training, and this weekend we’re proud to be hosting another XPERT Pole Instructor Training Course with 13 instructors in training. ✨

We’re also very excited to welcome XPERT Master Trainer Leah Rose to Northern Pole Dance this weekend to deliver the training. 💕

And it doesn’t stop there — in November, we’ll also be hosting XPERT Aerial Hoop Instructor Training.

What makes me especially proud is that training with us can lead to something real. Many people who complete instructor training with us can then have opportunities to assist in classes, gain teaching experience, build confidence as an instructor and potentially move into teaching their own classes.

So your journey at Northern Pole Dance could start with one beginner class… and one day grow into performing, teaching, gaining professional qualifications, building a career, or even creating your own path within the industry.

I want the studio to be somewhere that supports people at every stage — not only learning moves, but helping people discover how far their passion can take them. 💖
