Shakespeare by the Sea excites the audience with the wonder of words and the unique joy of live performance, while shedding light on the human condition with the greatest plays in the English language, in great settings, for a great price. Our 82-seat indoor space is The Park Place Theatre, located in the lower parking lot of the park. It is used for indoor performances in the fall/winter/spring, and rainy day shows in the summer.

🎭 Senior Musical Theatre will teach acting, singing, and dance technique with an emphasis on the storytelling aspect of musical theatre. Students will work their vocal and dance technique through the lens of expressing intention and emotion, shaping not just singer-dancers but true triple-threat performers. Students will explore the musical theatre repertoire, learning about different composers and styles. The year culminates in a performance of musical theatre selections as part of our studio recital 🩵

⏰ Saturdays 10:30-11:30AM
📆 Fall Session | October 17-December 19 (10 classes)
📆 Winter/Spring Session | January 9 - May 1 (12 classes + dress rehearsal/recital)

With the forecast calling for rain this evening, we’ve made the decision to postpone tonight’s performance of The Unrehearsed Dream (Teen Edition) and use our rain date instead.

The performance will now take place on Sunday, September 13 at 7:00 PM.

We’re disappointed not to be able to share the show with you tonight, but we’re looking forward to giving our young company the best possible evening to perform Shakespeare under the stars!

Thank you so much for your flexibility and understanding — and we’ll see you on the 13th!

💀Our biggest event of the summer has finally arrived! It's The Unrehearsed Hamlet Night!

🎭 A few things to know for all who are attending the show tonight!

- “Doors” will open at 6:00 pm for you to take your seat!
- Our front of house team will check you in at the upper parking lot on Tower Rd!
- If you don’t have Sweet Seats, we only have blankets left to rent, so we recommend you bring your own seating!!
- PWYC Patrons: come early to ensure you get a good spot!
