This Sunday, September 6th at the Halifax Central Library we have an afternoon packed full of circus, dance, puppetry and improv! All performances are free and do not require registration! This Sunday’s schedule:

Some scenes from one of our favourite places, the The Deanery Project. We had a blast at our Youth Outdoor Theatre Retreat creating an original performance inspired by the theme of ‘One Stormy Night on an Island.’ We were astounded by the hard work and creativity of our participants.

A huge thank you to our assistant facilitators, Reed and Jacob for all their help. Thank you also to our partner, the Adventure Earth Center who make this program possible.

Day three: a big one! A final farewell!

Yesterday we spent the morning at Ash Lee Jefferson, the former elementary school of one of our participants. Then we headed to downtown Halifax to get ready for our evening performance at Danspace!

We are so impressed with the Young Company. They’ve shown just an amazing level of positivity, hard work, and mutual support of each other. It feels so special to watch youth share their art with the young kids.

A huge thank you to the Adventure Earth Centre for making this program possible.

Day two of tour: Bedford South Elementary School!

We had two great audiences today for Alfie’s Wish and had a blast doing our show. A huge thank you to Mr. M and the rest of the school team for a warm welcome.

Our young company program is done in partnership with the Adventure Earth Center.
