October is ADHD Awareness month and honestly, most of what people “know” about ADHD is outdated.
It’s not just hyper little boys who can’t sit still.
It’s kids, adults, it’s women, it’s people quietly struggling and thinking they’re just bad at life.
What myth have you heard about ADHD?

A gentle reminder that we are closed on Wednesday 28th of October for the public holiday and no sessions will be running.

All groups and sessions will resume to normal operating hours on Thursday 29.10

As always in the case of an emergency please ring emergency services otherwise we will respond to any messages when we return!

What makes The Studio different? 👀

We asked our team… and the answers might surprise you.

Because therapy here doesn’t always look like therapy. Creativity is everywhere, connection matters and there’s always something a little unexpected happening. 😂

Come see for yourself at Bendigo Open Studios this weekend!
