We had the most fun yesterday bringing our Horsehair Raku set-up over to Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Collection for their staff to try. There’s just nothing quite like the excitement of creating one-of-a-kind marks on pots piping hot from the kiln!

Over two Saturdays with Lyn Belisle, you'll shape expressive clay forms, then come back to assemble them into finished sculptural pieces using found objects and mixed-media techniques. Equal parts hands-on and heartfelt.

Meet Lyn Belisle, the artist leading our newest workshop: Objects of Devotion, a two-part ceramic assemblage class.

Working with clay, beeswax, paper, and fiber, Lyn creates sculptural forms rooted in folk traditions, personal talismans, and objects of devotion. In this workshop, you’ll build expressive clay forms in the first session, then return to assemble and layer them into finished sculptural pieces using found objects and mixed-media techniques.
