Mondays:

Intermediate Tricks and Combos at 6:15
· learning 1-2 tricks each class and a choreo based combo. this months focus is STATIC ROTATIONS
· expect moves like: jade, brass monkey, butterfly
Open Pole at 7:30

Every other Wednesday:

Foundations of Pole at 7:15
· this is a class for true beginners, where we break down different spins, grips, and tricks to give you skill and a solid foundation for the rest of your pole journey

Pole Slinque with Baby J

Welcome!
To slink is to move in a sensuous manner. We will be embracing that to the FULLEST in this pole-focused class. Come work the pole and learn a new choreography every week! Beginner and intermediate levels welcome, this class is designed to level up your sensual pole flow game to a whole new level. Expect to learn new tricks, spins, combos, and ways to chain them together smoothly! Technique and shapes are a heavy focus in this class. Knee pads and platform heels recommended (not required).

Must be 18+ to attend. For student’s safety, you will not be permitted to enter the class if more than 5 minutes late and a cancellation fee will be required.

Intermediate Pole with Ky

In this class we will explore transitions up the pole from an inverted position. We will have a couple of focus moves each class in which we will build the techniques to nail beautiful poses and movements in the air.

PREREQUISITE-
STUDENTS MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB
STUDENTS MUST BE ABLE TO INVERT AND HOLD AN INVERTED CRUCIFIX THEN DISMOUNT SAFELY WITHOUT ASSISTANCE

Pole Physics 101-Vuloptous Raptor-
This class is for the Pole-curious who wanna see what the fuss is about. We will work through a broad collection of beginner pole moves that will work for all levels of fitness to develop musicality, athleticism, and self-confidence. This class is great as a drop-in or as a series to build up your quiver of pole moves and learn how to make your audience (even if its your own reflection) shiver!

Bring a water bottle, socks, heels if you got ‘em, and knee pads. (Knee pads are available to borrow at the Salt Mine if needed.) Wear layers with shorts and sports bra or tank top, and sweats or yoga pants to warm up.

Circus Strong with Courtney
Want to step up your fitness game? Get ready for an hour long conditioning class featuring ground and aerial exercises. We will focus on different body parts each week. This class will feature resistance and body weight exercises, circuit training, HIIT, and more. Progressions will be available for all levels.

To personalize your experience, it is highly encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, small loop resistance bands (light-heavy), and ankle weights.
