1.5 oz Chopin Vodka
3 oz grape juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz Barritt’s Ginger Beer
Grapes for garnish

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add the vodka, grape juice, and fresh lime juice, then stir. Top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer and garnish with grapes.

Pineapple Tonic:

1.5 oz 360 Pineapple Vodka
4 oz Barritt's Tonic Water
Fresh pineapple
Squeeze of orange

Fill a glass with ice. Add the vodka, top with Barritt's Tonic Water, squeeze a fresh orange, garnish with pineapple, and enjoy.

Sunny Side Citrus Mocktail

2 oz DHOS Orange Non-Alcoholic Aperitif
1 oz fresh orange juice
4 oz Barritt's Ginger Beer
Dried orange wheel

Fill a glass with ice, add the DHOS Orange Non-Alcoholic Aperitif and fresh orange juice, top with Barritt's Ginger Beer, stir gently, and garnish with a dried orange wheel.

Raspberry Lime Mojito

Fresh raspberries
Fresh mint leaves
2 oz Wray & Nephew Rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
Barritt’s Club Soda
Lime slices for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries, mint, and simple syrup. Add the rum, fresh lime juice, and ice, then shake well. Fill a glass with ice and fresh lime slices, pour the cocktail into the glass, top with Barritt’s Club Soda, stir gently, and enjoy.
