Being a 3rd shifter has some advantages on my days off.. cooler shop weather & no interruptions. Needed this mental break. It's volleyball & soccer season for Ry; so my schedule is at max capacity

UPDATE: Tonight is my 1st night back to work 3rd shift Full-time. With restrictions: no lifting more than 10lbs. I've been on 4hr shifts for 2 months. 🤔
Sadly, I'm still not healed. I'm waiting for a neurosurgeon appt to see if there is anything else to help me get back to baseline normal.
🤞Fingercrossed, that I don't slide backwards any further. Numbness (tingling) and weakness in my left arm & hand is pretty prominent. I'm still not able to look up far or turn to my head to the left like a normal person.
