Dear friends,
As I look back over the years and the productions our students brought to the stage, I am filled with pride and a deep sense of gratitude for all the students who have shared their talent and lifted this program to new heights. I am equally grateful to our community for supporting our fine arts program, the music staff, and our students. Your validation of their gifts has been uplifting and conveyed a message that, they too, have an important place in the educational community. As I darken the stage for the last time and close the doors, I carry many wonderful memories with me. I hope we have created some for you as well. If you have a fun memory you’d like to share, I invite you to do so. I, we, would love to remember them with you! (Please remember this is a public page with an audience including 18 and under)

Good afternoon to all. Due to the severe weather forecast for this evening, the Mauston school district will be releasing students early so they may safely return home before the storms arrive. As such, all after school activities have been cancelled. This does include our performance this evening. We will be adding a performance on Saturday afternoon. Doors will open at noon with a performance time of 1:00 p.m. Tomorrow evening’s performance time will remain the same. We appreciate your understanding and continued support and hope you will be able to join us! Thank you and please be safe!

Extra Extra read all about it! The newsies are standing on the corner ready to sell you today’s headlines!! Come see them light up the stage on April 17 and 18 at 7:00pm and April19 at 3:00pm! Tickets are only $10 and go on sale the day after Easter. Come get them in the high school office and join us as we carry the banner. Seize the day and get your tickets!

Hello to all! As we move through our rehearsal process we find ourselves needing to move the musical performance dates. With all of the illnesses mixed with snow days we feel it necessary. The students have been exceptional and we want their performance to be as spectacular as they are. The new performance dates are APRIL 17, 18, and 19. More info to come!

Rehearsals are underway and the cast is off to an amazing start. Newsies is going to be a blast! We welcome Mr. Peter Kuzma to our staff as our stage director and scenic designer! Stay tuned for our next edition!
