ATTENTION STALKERS!

March event is now live. Our very first national offsite production.

Everything you loved about our immersive 40+ hr non stop STALKER hybrid events at amazing new offsite locations representing different areas of the zone.

ASW and CML are excited to present the next event in March down in Indiana at the former state asylum and medical facilities.

Return to Limansk with your team to explore the long forgotten Sanitorium. STALKERs raided this area in 2012 but many disappeared never to be heard from again. What secrets await you in the dark halls and shadowy streets of this desolate city?

ATTENTION STALKERS!
For all of our immersive blank fire & ai***ft STALKER role-playing events, monster npc staff are by far your biggest threat after dark. These events run 40hrs+ nonstop.

These absolutely awesome pooking shots taoen through nvgs are a great example of why you keep fires lit at the STALKER series and solid watch rotation.

Only one or two folks got dragged out of their bivies or tents this time.

(Yes, that is a thing at this particular event series. If you are not near a fire, you are fair game for monsters)

Mostly because they didn't listen during the brief, read the rules, or listen during the game, lol.

DONT SET YOUR TENT UP IN THE DARK. Survivals a communal effort in stalker.

Our next event is in Indiana at the state sanatarium, asylum, and medical facility. 800 acres perched on a massive ridgeline with over 130 acres of abandoned hospital facilities, tunnels, and buildings.

Tickets are now live:

Another amazing weekend in the Chernobyl Exclusionary Zone wrapped up.

156 player plus 60 NPC/Roleplayers & Monsters, lived, ate, slept, and survived from friday evening until sunday afternoon non stop in our latest entry into the joint STALKER series presented by ASW and CML.

Almost 50 participants and most staff were blank fire! A new record for the Hybrid events.

We will post a big shout out and thank you to all the participants and everyone who helped in a few days after we all get a day or two of normal sleep without the endless whisper of Psi rads.

Remember CMLs highly focused and in depth STALKER X LAB event is right around the corner in november. Book tickets now!

We will also be posting our first joint ASW/CML off site, large scale national event STALKER hybrid production scheduled for March in the next few days.

For now, Thank You All!
See you in the zone STALKERs.

Urgent Reminder for the STALKER Events:

If you have any last minute questions get on discord or message the fields email:

https://discord.gg/qxUSx6mGzV

(If you are doing the stalker events you should really be on the ASW discord at minimum)

The safety brief is LONG and mandatory. Its only offered twice. The event is an ai***ft and blank fire LARP, with complicated core mechanics. It is not a themed big game.

Additionally it is a Hybrid Event, meaning blank fire. That means EVERY SINGLE PERSON gets hand searched, and their gear searched EVERYTIME the enter or exit the field.

There are only TWO safety briefs.

The main brief Friday at 7:00PM

One backup checkin/brief for emergency late arrivals Saturday at 8:00AM

You must attend friday. If you CANT then you will attend saturdays.

Expect atleast 1-2 hrs of check-in, brief, searches and safety check, and chrono.

---Theming, Costuming and gear/guns----
The website and discord cover this in detail. Its VERY SPECIFIC FOR THIS EVENT. IT IS NOT OPTIONAL OR FLEXIBLE.

There are factions for easy access kit but they still have requirements. Not optional.

If you arrive in violation of the reqs, you dont play. You can transfer your tix. No refunds.

I know some of you signed up after talking to staff to give it a try. Keep in mind the same standards apply to casual first timers or repeat participants.

--In Character vs Out of Character--
Being in universe isnt an optional thing.
Quiet personal OOC stuff is fine but doing that around the rest of the customers who are paying for the immersive STALKER exp will get you an admin warning, then an actual sitdown with game control, then removal.

You can generally just larp it up as yourself in the zone. But you must be in the zone in the stalker universe.

You do need some basic understanding of the STALKER game series for this event.

Reminder: this isnt fallout. Keep that to yourself and fallout kits are NOT permitted.

Check out the ASW Events community on Discord - hang out with 213 other members and enjoy free voice and text chat.

General reminder for Stalker.

Modern folding camping chairs and brightly colored tents etc are NOT permitted at the event in game.

They may be used out of game in the parking areas only.

Any that are found in game will be removed and returned to parking/staging.

This generally applies to anything not in line with event setting and theme.
