IT’S TIME.

After weeks of sewing, plotting, questionable magic and a few Cursed Kitties escaping before they were even officially released… THE CURSED KITTIES ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! 🤣

These strange little creatures are completely handmade by me, which means every single one is gloriously imperfect.

They have stupidly useless limbs.
They have irregular stitches.
Some are wonkier than others.
And every single one has its own personality.

Basically, perfection was never invented in the Cursed Kitty world 🤣

🐈‍⬛ Cursed Kitties are $10 each.

Every Kitty comes with:

✨ Its very own individual curse, personally selected by the Kitty
✨ A custom Cursed Kitty sticker
✨ A few extra surprise stickers
✨ Enough questionable energy to become your new tiny travelling companion

And despite the name, the curses may be suspiciously wholesome. Apparently the Kitties have their own definition of “cursed.” 🤣

Hang one from your bag, keys, car or anywhere else that could benefit from a small felt creature with absolutely no useful skills.

Time has been challenging lately. Life has been hard.
But within the shadows there are glimmers of light.
Now this image is not the best one I have taken but it means soooo much.
This unsteady black bird in a tree is a raven baby. The first and only baby (so far 😜) of the Raven that I rehabilitated and released. The same Raven who found his way back home, found a gf and built a life alongside mine. I was lucky enough to witness this baby take his first flight yesterday, chaperoned by his parents. He is much steadier on his feet today and more at home in the sky.
Even though there are moments of feeling lost, there are just as many moments of feeling found.

🚨 CURSED KITTY SIGHTING 🚨

Ohhhh this one has ATTITUDE. 💚🩷

Acid green. Hot pink stitches. One button eye. A slightly questionable broken heart.

Basically, she looks like she crawled out of a toxic waste spill, experienced one minor emotional inconvenience and decided to make it everyone else’s problem. 🤣

And I LOVE HER.

The Cursed Kitty population is still growing despite repeated attempts to contain them, and with launch day getting VERY close, they’re becoming increasingly impatient.

Some have already escaped to new homes before they’ve even officially been released… because apparently rules mean nothing here.

Every Cursed Kitty comes with their very own individual curse, a custom Cursed Kitty sticker and a few extra sticker surprises.

WHO IS READY?! 👀

Because the kitties certainly are. 💚🩷

CURSED KITTIES! 🖤🐈‍⬛✨

The final pieces have FINALLY been delivered after apparently going on their own little side quest.

But really, what else would you expect from Cursed Kitty magic mixed with Mercury retrograde? 🤣

Unfortunately, containment has already been compromised.

Some have escaped. 😈

A few Cursed Kitties have already found their humans and will be making their way to their new homes very soon!

The rest are becoming increasingly impatient while waiting for their official photo shoot so they too can be released into the world to cause whatever adorable nonsense they’re destined to cause.

Not long now… 👀

Girls! That Isn’t a Stable!

Melody Bell and Ellie May have been plotting and scheming.

Now, the most likely response to hearing that is “Oh no, this is not good!” But it’s these two, and their plotting and scheming is usually harmless, so they get a little more free rein than, say… um… Craig. 🤣

Anyway, today’s plotting and scheming led to them taking one of the Cabbage Patch Kid Pony Club (CPKPC) ponies outside — and apparently deciding the clubhouse made the perfect stable!

I heard neighing and hooves stamping on the floor, which was incredibly loud because apparently the pony was VERY excited. That led to the girls laughing so loudly they attracted the attention of Craig.

He came running out, waving his arms and yelling:

“GIRLS! THAT IS NOT A STABLE!”

They assured him they were well aware that it was technically a clubhouse and not a stable. They also assured him they would clean up any mess the pony might make.

Craig has now “let” them play Pony Club for a few hours before he tells the rest of the Patch, “because they might have something to say about this!”

I highly doubt the Patch will care. Everyone is allowed to play in the clubhouse.

I think Craig is just trying to feel important today. 🤣

It’s not even midday and I’m already exhausted from the shenanigans here. Omg!

Zucchini kebab for the fishies!
It’s been a day. First it was tank cleaning day which is always fun and the black moor “Mace Windu” decided to thank me by trying to mouth at my arm 🤣🤣
We also saw the two kuhli loaches who I keep forgetting we even have because they hide so well.

After everyone settled back down I was about to give them their kebab but a storm kicked up and we had a blackout. Not to worry, last week we found the battery powered air pump so we got to try that for the first time.

The power came back on a few hours later so again after waiting for them to settle back in with the lights on and things they finally got their kebab!

Just in fish land it was a day, and that’s not saying anything about the branch that blew down in the wind or the rain that came in under the front door 🤣🤣
