🛒 Bestanddele:

• 15 ml olie
• 250 ml fyngekapte ui
• 250 ml melk
• 2 groot eiers
• 125 ml gesmelte margarien
• 500 ml bruismeel
• 5 ml suiker
• 5 ml droë pietersielie
• 10 ml fyn knoffel
• 250 ml gerasperde kaas



👩‍🍳 Metode:
1. Voorverhit oond tot 180°C en spuit ’n broodpan.
2. Braai die ui in olie tot goudbruin en laat effens afkoel.
3. Klits melk, eiers en margarien saam.
4. Meng al die droë bestanddele en roer die kaas in.
5. Voeg die nat mengsel by en meng liggies.
6. Roer die uie in en skep in die pan.
7. Bak vir ±45 minute tot goudbruin en gaar.
8. Laat 10 minute afkoel voor jy dit uitkeer.

Vars frikkadelle uit die pan met Bruin uie sous

Daar is min dinge so troosryk soos vars frikkadelle uit die pan. Daai geur wat deur die huis trek… dit sê sommer: “Aandete is reg!”

Bestanddele:

500g beesmaalvleis

1 klein ui, fyn gekap

1 eier

½ koppie broodkrummels

2 eetlepels melk

1 teelepel sout

½ teelepel swartpeper

1 teelepel gemengde kruie

1 eetlepel Worcestersous

1 eetlepel tamatiesous

Olie vir braai

Metode:

Meng die maalvleis, ui, eier, broodkrummels en melk in ’n groot bak.

Voeg sout, peper, kruie, Worcestersous en tamatiesous by.

Meng goed (maar moenie oormeng nie – dit hou dit sag!).

Vorm mediumgrootte frikkadelle met jou hande.

Verhit olie in ’n pan oor medium hitte.

Braai die frikkadelle 4–5 minute per kant tot goudbruin en gaar binne.

Bedien saam met:

Kapokaartappels en sous

Rys en boontjies

Of sommer op ’n vars broodrolletjie met mosterd

Voeg ’n bietjie gerasperde wortel of knoffel by vir ekstra geur en sappigheid!

Heerlike Bruin Uiesous vir Frikkadelle

Hierdie sous maak die hele bord kos net nóg beter… dis daai tipe sous wat jy met ’n lepel wil opskep! 🤎

Bestanddele:

1 groot ui, in dun skywe gesny

2 eetlepels botter of olie

2 eetlepels koekmeel

2 koppies beesvleisaftreksel (of 2 koppies water + 1 blokkie)

1 eetlepel Worcestersous

1 teelepel sojasous (opsioneel vir kleur)

Sout en peper na smaak

Metode:

Verhit die botter/olie in dieselfde pan waarin jy die frikkadelle gebraai het (vir ekstra geur!).

Braai die uie tot sag en goudbruin.

Strooi die koekmeel oor en roer goed vir 1 minuut.

Gooi die aftreksel stadig by terwyl jy roer om klonte te voorkom.

Voeg Worcestersous en sojasous by.

Laat prut tot die sous verdik. Geur met sout en peper.

Wenke:

As die sous te dik is, voeg ’n bietjie warm water by.

As dit te dun is, laat dit net langer prut.

Sit die frikkadelle terug in die sous en laat saam prut vir 5 minute – dan trek die geure lekker in!

*Smelt Margarine in mikrogolf gooi eiers en karringmelk by en meng goed

*Gooi Margarine, Eier en karringmelk mengsel by droë bestandele en werk goed deur.

*Bak vir 1 uur op 180°
* Sny in blokkies laat bietjie afkoel en droog 2 ure op 100°
