Week 19 in the Unreal Academy and Simmonds delivered the moment of the round - a second-half hat-trick in 25 minutes as Tantany Rangers beat Anfield Rockets 3-0 and pulled five clear at the top of Division 4.

Elsewhere, both West London Blue and Mighty Greens dropped points on the same afternoon, leaving Division 1's title race as unsolved as ever on 41 points apiece.

In Division 2, Nick Bristow's Frenchy's Dons beat Deportivo La Rochelle 2-0 while Alveley Wolves were beaten at home by Vale Madrid - suddenly a five-point gap where there was none.

Nottingham Forest are 14th in Division 4. They have lost nine away games this season and are 10 points above the relegation zone. They are also in the League Cup final.
Chris Houldey's side beat Portsmouth 2-1 this week to set up a Week 29 final against Sporting Lisbon - Division 1's third-placed side.

Meanwhile, Bristol Rovers edged closer to a historic Division 3 title with an unbeaten away record that now stretches to 12 matches, and the five-way Division 1 title race tightened further with Rapid Vienna (44 pts) just two ahead of Atletico Madrid.

Week 8 brought the biggest table shake-up of the Season 4 so far in League 1.

Walsall went in as leaders - and came out in fourth, after West Ham produced their most convincing performance of the season to win 2-0 at the Bescot. Plymouth Argyle are the new leaders on 15 points, while Division 3 has descended into a remarkable three-way tie: Arsenal, Manchester City and Stevenage all level on 16 points.

The League Cup Quarter-Final draw is also set - and Stevenage, who knocked Arsenal out this week, will fancy their chances of going further.

The result of the week - possibly of the season so far - came at Anfield, where Sutton United went to Merseyside and won 1-0. Alan Shearer's 48th-minute goal sent Daffy Duck's side home with all three points and into fourth place in Group 2.

Elsewhere, Bristol City leapfrogged Heart of Midlothian at the top of Group 3 after Hearts were held at Sheffield Wednesday, and Manchester City pulled three points clear in Group 1 as Cork City drew at Southend. A quarter of the season done, and it's already compelling.

Week 18 in the Unreal Academy and Shin Kickers produced the result of the season. Power scored at 11 minutes and again at 59 to knock West London Blue - joint Division 1 leaders - straight out of the Supremos Cup Last 16. Nigel McGee's side sit eighth in the table. West London Blue are out of the cup. Football.

Elsewhere, Richmond are champions. Yakubu's hat-trick at Portsea City (2', 62', 80') confirmed what everyone has known for weeks - Ted Lasso's side are untouchable. 50 points, 16 clear of second place. A dominant season.

In Division 2, Frenchy's Dons finally opened a gap on Alveley Wolves. Nick Bristow's side won 3-1 at Carrotasaray while Wolves were held to a goalless draw at home by Supremos. Two points in it now, with twelve games to go.
