Feature Friday, featuring the wonderful Welbeloond. 🌹

The Bertolli team brought a little magic to the treehouse for their latest Alfredo pasta sauce campaign, transforming it into an outdoor picnic setting filled with red roses, a beautiful vintage rug and sunshine filtering through the trees.

We love seeing a familiar space take on a whole new character — and this team’s vision was something special.

Today we’re posting a new property — spicing up your Wednesday with a fresh face on the books. 👀

Introducing FIFTY ONE

Classic country charm, chandeliers, big trees and generous lawns all introduced by a long, walled driveway with views across the estate.

There’s a dam area, mountain views and a pool, plus a reception area we can already picture doubling as a doctor’s waiting room. A quick wardrobe change and we’re in a completely different story.

✨ Walkthrough Wednesday | Welbeloond ✨

Some locations become part of the Shoot My House story — and Welbeloond is very much one of them.

We have a long history with this Grand Dame of Constantia, and she remains as sought-after today as ever.

The beautiful old farmhouse is surrounded by magnificent, established gardens, with lush greenery, a vegetable garden and even a treehouse tucked away amongst it all. And then there’s that kitchen…

The Welbeloond kitchen has been the star of many commercials over the years, but perhaps most famously became the kitchen of the beloved Tannie Maria in Recipes for Love and Murder.

Welbeloond also holds a very special place in our hearts because of its wonderful former owner, Leigh de Decker. Over the many years we worked together, I got to know Leigh well — and grew to love her more and more. She was a woman of extraordinary strength, warmth and character, and was taken from us far too soon.

Today, her daughter carries Welbeloond forward. Having grown up alongside the shoots, often helping her mum when the big productions rolled in, she absolutely knows the ropes — and brings her own wonderful energy to this very special property.

A beautiful location, yes. But for us, Welbeloond will always be so much more than that. 🧡

✨ Feature Friday | Meet Tiffany ✨

Always vibrant, usually wearing a huge smile, and never too far from a proper belly laugh.

Tiffany heads up our TV Commercial and Feature Film bookings at Shoot My House, bringing with her more than a decade of experience working on feature films, both locally and abroad.

She’s learned from some of the very best producers in the South African film industry and brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and — importantly — genuine excitement to everything she does.

There’s something invaluable about having someone on your team who has actually been in the trenches. Tiffany understands the rhythm of a set, the pressures of production, the personalities involved and all the moving parts that somehow have to come together to make the magic happen.

And then there’s her way with people.

Visit a set with Tiffany and you’ll see it immediately — from catering and lighting to production and executive producers, there are hugs and hellos coming from every direction. She has that rare ability to connect with people wherever she goes, and we love having that energy at SMH.

She’s also taken our social media to another level. Watching Tiffany and Lia head out on location, shooting, laughing and creating content together has been an absolute joy.

Film experience, people skills, infectious energy and one very good laugh. That’s our Tiff. 🤍
