BACKBEND SHAPES & FLOW is all about beautiful, bendy shapes. Students will learn some of my favorite bendy pole shapes, rotations, and transitions, plus drills to improve shoulder mobility and back flexibility for cleaner lines and stronger engagement. Expect to explore shapes from leg hangs, laybacks, Brass Monkey, or Ayesha.
📊 Level: High Intermediate and Advanced
📝 Prereqs: Comfortable with strong inverts and leg hangs (Gemini, Scorpio). Helpful but not required: Brass Monkey and Ayesha
