🍎The Second day of mini farmer camp was so much fun! These little cuties are hilarious! They reminded me how just how much fun it’s going to be to go back to school to meet my new preschoolers 🥰😍

Today we:

💪🏻Completed morning chores

🥚Collected eggs

🍳Cracked eggs open to explore (different colors on the outside… are they the same inside?!)

🔫found the sq**rt guns again!

🍎Shared a treat with the barnyard babies

🐮Gave some love to the pasture pets

💦Filled the water tank AND the mud hole🐷

🌤️Played in the yard - sand, swings, trampoline

🌾Harvested some wheat berries and muddled them into flour

😋Explored where our snack came from (wheat and corn!) 🌾🌽

😻snuggled kittens

🐰Cuddled some sweet bunnies

🐐Ran with baby goats

🖍️Did some coloring

🦆played duck duck goose

😊Smiled a really lot!

🍎Our last day of Jr. Farmer camp to a close today. I am forever grateful to the parents that allow me this time to hang out with their kiddos and experience the world with them for just a few hours. These kiddos are SO fun! Their questions and thought processing were profoundly complex for such a young group. I enjoyed every minute!

Today we spent our time together:

🌾completing morning chores

🫏 petting Humphrey who demanded love 💕
🎨Painting wood creations
🥾stomping in mud with pigs 🐷
🐟learning a bit about aquaponics
🧑‍🍳getting creative with snack

So, there is not a lot of time until I find myself back in my classroom and I know many of you are also facing "back to school" whether for yourself or your kiddos and could perhaps appreciate a farewell to summer with friends. Maybe one last night of adult conversation before the 53 reminders to get your child out the door? or before 25 kiddos are saying your name endlessly?!

Join me for a fun, laid back evening at the mini farm! I am so excited to partner with two other small local businesses to offer an event that allows you to relax, unwind, socialize, get creative and experience barn yard cuteness.

Heavenly Harvest Flowers will be here providing amazing snacks and a build your own bouquet bar filled with seasonal blooms and your special touch of creativity.

Copper Crumb will be providing sweet treats that are both tasty and adorable for the event.

Cost is just $35 per participant and will include a bouquet to take home, visit with animals, snacks, dirty soda bar and sweet treat.

Today, the campers wanted to explore the mud that the pigs play in. I OF COURSE encouraged this 😆 but… I think Otis was confused by their stomping through, so, he showed them how to properly enjoy the mud 😆🐷❤️
