Tomorrow I am speaking at the BYU–Hawaii devotional so Matt and I have been spending the last few days in beautiful Oahu visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center, attending the temple, hiking and indulging in shave ice. Here is the link to tune in tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11:00 am Hawaiian time (3:00 pm MT) to watch the devotional where I am speaking on “Turning our Lives Over to the Lord”: https://www.byuh.edu/live-stream

A reminder this Sabbath that through our Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ, we can find peace, hope, and strength in every season of life. 🤍

How has the Savior brought peace into your life? Share your thoughts in the comments. ✨

Yesterday I gave a keynote presentation titled “Creativity, Hard Work & Inspiration” at the Utah Music Teacher’s Association Utah Music Teachers Assoc. Conference. I am so grateful to my parents for teaching me to work hard and to God for all the inspiration and blessings he has given me that have made my life in music possible! And always grateful when I get to perform with my daughter Hannah (who is just two weeks away from becoming a mother and yet has been willing to perform with me five times this past week!)

Turn your sound on. 🔊✨

Fifteen years locked away, but you’ll know it when it hits. Can you name the track from just these few notes?

Music has a unique way of speaking when words fall short. Every note carries a piece of a larger story—a quiet memory, a deep emotion, or a spark of hope that reminds us we are never truly alone in what we feel.

When you listen to this piece, what story does it bring to your mind?

Some music is meant to be shared. 🤍🎻
Perform this gorgeous arrangement in your church, home, concerts or for your family and friends. We love seeing musicians make this music their own and give it new life!

The past two days I have been at the Latter-day Saints in Publishing, Media & the Arts conference presenting, performing and connecting with stars and legends. So great reconnecting with my friends David Osmond and T C Christensen (Director of 17 Miracles and other fabulous films) and meeting Oscar-winning Director Keith Merrill. Grateful to be here with Hannah Erickson and SoulFill Music Foundation | Music, Faith + Community Executive Director Katie Larsen.

Fifteen years ago, we filmed something we were never able to share the way it deserved to be shared. 🎻

This month, that changes.

Something’s coming out of the vault. Stay tuned!
