As Mother’s Day🤰 approaches, we are reflecting on all the amazing mothers that have made our work possible. On stage and off stage🌟we are committed to highlighting and connecting with the community to ensure our impact lasts long after the curtain call🎭

In honor of the mothers that make our success possible, this past weekend we volunteered with to assemble hygiene kits for single mothers to receive essential support for self care💆🏾‍♀️.

Eberta Scrooge, is a miserly woman visited by the ghost of his former business partner, Marley, and three other spirits on Christmas Eve. These supernatural encounters show her past, present, and future, which forces Scrooge to confront the consequences of her greed and lack of compassion. By the end of the story, a transformed Scrooge becomes a generous and kind-hearted woman, embracing the Christmas spirit💝✨

Sage gets caught up in childhood friend’s web of lies when she finally reconnects with him. They are no longer the lost parentless children they used to be. Now, they are childish, lost adults that struggle to pick up where they left off. Through Sage’s journey of picking up the pieces, she discovers more about who she is, the meaning of family, and her place in the world.

This Black History Month SistaStyle Productions celebrates by bringing back an original classic “Six Triple Eight” a play by Mary McCallum.

Set during World War II as the first African -American female battalion arrives in Europe, this fictional historical play follows members of the 6888 Central Postal Battalion.

Among them are Sammy, a young woman seeking adventure and romance; Cleopatra, a famous actress; Paige, a single mother trying to create a better life for her son; and Sadie, a woman with the “second sight”, who can see the future of others but keeps secrets of her own. Under the direction of Major Clarissa Dixon, they are faced with a seemingly impossible task - to distribute 7 million pieces of undelivered mail to soldiers in three months.

Sistastyle Productions is proud to produce “CHANCE” by MJ. This is a story about home, family, and community. We are looking for a Director, Stage Manager, and full cast as listed in the post. We are also looking for young children roles one Black girl (ages 7-10) and one Black boy (ages 12-14).
