Modeled after the spirit of Interscope in the 90s, the parent label has an eclectic roster ranging from Rage, Hyper pop, Industrial Rap, Alternative Pop, Metal Trap, bedroom pop, alt r&b, Alt Rock, it just goes o

Believe it or not this is not our first rodeo.

back in 2021 the power went out here for almost a week with no heat. Luckily half the house was still working for whatever reason. probably because we have both breakers and fuses.
but then one of our Artists came over with a space heater and blew the fuses. ๐Ÿคฃ

so because of that, I wasnโ€™t too worried. little experience, little adventure. I suppose itโ€™s all about perception when responding to a crisis.

but a big shout out to the MTE and NES for working all night to get the power back on.

Will most likely be back up and running Wednesday, but until then stay toasty.

I didnโ€™t realize how integral our Codex would be to our company culture until recently. Itโ€™s even become a bit of a slogan.

โ€œRaise Your Flag ๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ Keep To The Codeโ€

Essentially: chase your dreams, build your empire, know thyself, stay grounded.

Itโ€™s not that itโ€™s a โ€œnewโ€ way of doing things, or way of thinking. Itโ€™s the fact that itโ€™s written down that really makes the impact.

And for us we posted all of them so everyone can see. When thereโ€™s a communication issue, look to the code, when thereโ€™s a focus issue, look to the code, when theirs situations requiring action, look to the code.

Every company should have one. Even relationships should have one. Principles and values that ground you in the inevitability that is change.

And keep you moving forward. Siempre Adelante #4 of the code.

โœ”๏ธ What you sound like
โœ”๏ธ What makes you different
โœ”๏ธ Real milestones (not dreams)
โœ”๏ธ Whatโ€™s coming next

Stop writing bios like diary entries.
Start writing them like a publicist would.
If it reads:
โ€œEmerging artist fusing genres and chasing dreamsโ€ฆโ€

๐Ÿ›‘ Rewrite it.
๐ŸŽฏ Keep it short. Make it memorable.
๐Ÿ“ฃ Tell us why we should pay attention.
