A huge thank you to Mt. Nebo Baptist Church for generously allowing us to use their parking lot again! 🙏

Please park in their church lot. Our on-site parking is limited, and we'd like to reserve those spaces for spectators and guests with mobility needs.

🤙 You can hang out at .table before and after the showcase! This is their Grand Opening Weekend and we want to give some love & welcome them to the Clifton neighborhood! They will have Pop Ups all day starting at 9am and great eats with 🌮

Paige Sullivan, a Nashville native, mother of two, and co-owner of us found her true passion as an aerialist in 2013 as a beginner fabric student. Now she enjoys seeing the same enthusiasm in her students and helping them achieve their goals.

Her aerial style is full of fluid movement, long lines, and big shapes. 💃🏻

She describes her teaching style as fun and approachable with a dose of challenging conditioning. 💪

🧐 What is Beginner Aerial Silk/Fabric classes?

Silks consist of a single piece of fabric attached to a rigging point at its center. This class is designed to guide participants of all fitness levels through the fundamentals of aerial theory, climbing, conditioning, and beginner poses, all while staying safely just inches off the ground. As students build strength and master the fundamentals of the apparatus, they will progress to inversions and more advanced skills. Defy gravity in this exhilarating class that will engage and strengthen every muscle in your body! 💪

🧐 What Is Aerial Sling (Hammock)?

🦋 Sling is a single piece of fabric rigged at both ends
to a central point, with the middle of the fabric being
the area students work with. It can be a great
apparatus for beginners and like aerial silks, the focus
in aerial sling is on building strength in the hands,
arms, and core to perform a variety of movements with
fluidity. Students will practice the fundamentals,
inverting, twisting, turning, and creating beautiful
sequences.
