Arts at the Airport is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that receives funding for the visual arts from Nashville International Airport® and the Tennessee Arts Commission (TAC). It is administered by both an art curator and an airport entertainment coordinator, and governed by a 15-member AaA Foundation Board of Directors, who are approved by the BNA Board of Commissioners. BNA is fully committ

ed to funding and supporting the arts through the Arts at the Airport program, uniting art and business to create great places for passengers, partners and employees. Happy 93rd birthday to Phil Ponder, a member of our Arts at the Airport Board! Phil is a local artist who has spent over 40 years documenting Nashville’s history through pen, ink, and watercolor. And this year, he’s celebrating two incredible milestones — 93 years young and 20 years on our Arts at the Airport board.

We are so grateful for Phil’s guidance, dedication, and lasting impact within the local art community.
