In 1987, Nise’ Davies, after a successful modeling and acting career, established Advantage Models & Talent in Nashville, Tennessee. Over the next 23 years, with the help and enouragement of her husband,

Brad Davies, Advantage has had a wonderful success rate in the placement of models and actors locally, nationally, and internationally. In 1998, Misty Griggs joined the Advantage team working in the agency to help prepare the models and actors as well as placing them nationwide in TV Commercials, Music Videos, Film, Promotionals, Print and more. After tweleve years of working for Advantage, Misty bought the agency division of Advantage and created Advantage Talent Agency.
