We are excited to introduce you to our newest team member, Mikaela Svihlik!

Mikaela began her career in the fashion industry in 2013.   It was then that Mikaela discovered her passion for the industry and helping talent to build successful careers. For nearly a decade, Mikaela has worked as a Model and Talent Agent at top-level agencies such as Elite Model Management and Wilhelmina Model Management and with this, has gained valuable experience, knowledge and insight into the fashion industry. 

Mikaela enjoys all aspects of talent management, including recruitment and development, maintaining client and talent relations, and creating longevity for talent within a fast-paced and ever-changing industry. 

As a Los Angeles native, the city’s business and industries have shaped Mikaela's personal and professional life.  Mikaela is grateful for the relationships she has formed with talent, colleagues, clients, and industry professionals and is now looking forward to building similar connections in Nashville, where she has recently moved and partnered with Eye Model Management.  

Mikaela will be working with Eye Model Management as the Director of a new division called Eye Nash.  Eye Nash will represent commercial models and talent that are local to Nashville and surrounding regions, with a primary focus of servicing clients in the Southeastern United States.

Mikaela is excited about the future of Eye Nash, building new relationships, and the successes we will collectively share!
