nt has decades of experience navigating the waters of the volatile music industry. Founder Erik Baker, began his entertainment career in 1999 with Global Productions. As Talent Buyer and Promotion Director, Baker oversaw buying and marketing/promotion of all events for clubs, theaters, and festivals. With Global Productions, he produced two of the biggest rock and country music festivals in the southeast. From there, he tour managed two packages around the world. In 2005, Baker joined EBM Radio and Media Promotion as a Radio Indie. After two years at EBM, he became National Promotion Director at both Cee Lo's Radiculture Records and Max Gousse's Arsenal Records/UMG. From all of his previous triumphs and lessons within the industry, Baker established Major Label Entertainment in March of 2011.
