Working on a fun side project!

I have a super awesome graphic novel idea, but the story writing and planning is too overwhelming for me currently… so to get more warmed up I’m making a smaller comic inspired by a chapter in the book of Acts.

Caught our son, Griffin, in our bedroom/bathroom unexpectedly at 3:23 AM on 3/23! What a wild morning that was!!

The original plan was going to The Birth Center but the little dude decided to come SUDDENLY. The Birth Center wanted us to come in at 1 minute long contractions coming every 5 minutes, but we never got quite there before things started getting more intense and that’s when we decided it was time to leave, expecting another 5 or more hours of labor. But no!! lol He just popped out and I caught him! Ambulance arrived 10 minutes later and took them to the hospital.
Florence is doing great! No issues, no tearing, all good and resting! We’ve been home a couple days and we’re all enjoying having him around. His two older sisters are totally in love with him and so happy he’s here.

Thank you God for this little gift and for keeping everyone safe and healthy through the craziness!
