Delphia

Delphia Adult-Contemporary Soul Artist and Songwriter Reincarnation is not solely for the departed. It can be for the living. Honestly would've never known. Bravo!

After an incident several years ago that involved a stalker in Nashville, the woman who would become Delphia moved to the Southwest, and entered into a decade-long hiatus of addiction, depression, and musical silence. Rising from the ashes of her previous self, the artist known as Delphia emerged in the spring of 2016. Since then, Delphia has found a new style, a new celebration of her spirit, and

a new voice; embodying the emotions and sounds of generations past. Her writing is deeply personal, yet relatable; and her voice provides the perfect vehicle for her unique brand of story-telling. As an Adult-Contemporary/Soul Artist, her music brings to mind the likes of Carole King, Bill Withers, and Earth, Wind, and Fire. As a songwriter and topliner, she spans the genres of Pop, Country, Dance, Rock, Jazz, and Christian Music. Having returned to Nashville in 2022, she is now working to reclaim the musical life she almost lost. AS HEARD ON:

“In a world of so much contrived music Delphia is the real deal. An incredibly accomplished musician with an astonishingly beautiful voice that instantly captivates the listener. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”
-Mark Willsher
[assoc. music producer; Lord of the Rings]

“Clearly you have a major talent, have developed a career trajectory, an audience, a sound and a niche for yourself ...your songs are all impressive. After hearing Bonnie Raitt, Natalie Cole and Diana Ross sing my tunes, the bar is set, not so much at a level of technique, but more so related to lyric interpretation and depth of commitment not cerebrally, but in the perception of the audience to the recorded sound. You demonstrate one of the most important ingredients of what it takes.”
-John Capek
[songwriter; Cher, Bonnie Raitt]

“Really impressed with [“Let You Go”] especially since it's your first time producing. Super soulful sounding. Love it. “
-Brent Kolatalo
[producer/engineer; Bruno Mars, Jay-Z, Ariana Grande]

"With a robust vocal that conjures vintage Shelby Lynne, Delphia is soaring, uplifting and oh so sing-able. "
-Chuck Taylor
[editor; Billboard Magazine]
