The Rukkus Room is a multi-room facility opened in 2004 that was originally designed from the ground up as a recording studio by Gene Lawson of Lawson Microphones. Each studio is a completely separate building, which allows for total isolation. Before the consoles were even purchased, the studio's calendar was completely filled with a year's worth of sessions. Shortly after opening, Jack Ingram recorded his #1 hit single, "Wherever You Are" as well as several follow up singles that charted in the top five. Other big acts followed, such as Thomas Rhett, Brooks and Dunn, Taylor Swift, Justin Moore, and Alan Jackson, all of which earned multiple platinum sales awards and numerous #1 singles. Owner Jamie Tate is a Grammy and Emmy award-winning recording engineer, mixer and producer. Jamie has worked on many popular recordings including dozens of hit records and chart topping songs, making him a highly sought-after mixing engineer and producer.

Jamie has mixed and recorded singles and albums for new and legendary artists including Thomas Rhett, Taylor Swift, Dustin Lynch, Jerrod Niemann, Maddie & Tae, Alan Jackson, Rhett Akins, Vince Gill, Justin Moore, Alison Krauss, Tyler Farr, RaeLynn, Little Texas, Drake White, John Prine, Kristian Bush, Miranda Lambert, Marty Stuart, Kip Moore, Jack Ingram, Brooks and Dunn, Sheryl Crow, Dc Talk, Josh Kelley, C**t Ford, Chris LeDoux, Logan Mize, Montgomery Gentry, Mark McGuinn, and more.
