Deep Tropics Family, we have to share that we must cancel this year’s Labor Day Weekend event and bring this chapter of Deep Tropics to a close.
This was not an easy decision, but it was a necessary one. Extreme circumstances and funding that didn’t come together made it impossible to continue.
If you purchased your tickets via online or by phone, a refund will automatically be issued to the credit card you used, within 30 business days. Otherwise, refunds are available at your original point of purchase. No action is needed on your part.
We are deeply grateful to The Pinnacle for graciously stepping in on short notice to keep this event alive, to the many artists and their teams who stayed with us as we navigated the changes, and to this community for its unwavering support.
Deep Tropics was built long before the market was ready for what we believed Nashville could become. Over these past 9 years, together, we created something real: a culture and community rooted in dance music unlike anything this city had seen.
Deep Tropics has always been a labor of love. The festival has faced financial headwinds throughout its existence, but the last 11 months were especially hard. We are committed to handling our remaining obligations responsibly.
Deep Tropics is more than a festival, it is a state of mind. A belief that the way we gather can change us: bring us closer to each other, to ourselves, and give something back to the earth. Self. Community. Planet.
If you want to reach us, write to [email protected]. We’ll read every word.
With everything we have,
The Deep Tropics Team 💚
