The Music City Hot Chicken Festival wouldn't be complete without great music (or hot chicken), and there's something for everyone in this year's lineup. East Nashville's own will kick things off at 11 AM with some sweet, cinematic soul. After that, .animaleja will electrify the stage with her music, which draws heavily from Latin American and Caribbean influences. will wrap things up with an energetic tribute to 90s and 2000s pop, rock, hip-hop and R&B. A little birdie told us the secret to surviving spicy food is dancing. Come test this theory with us on July 4th at East Park. Admission is free!

We are less than a week away from Nashville's hottest Fourth of July event! 🔥🎆🎇 As always, the Music City Hot Chicken Festival will kick off with a parade of antique fire trucks and specialty vehicles at 10:30 a.m. After that, East Park will open for the crowd to enjoy hot chicken from a variety of vendors, the annual amateur cooking competition, a beer garden from Yazoo Brewing Company, family-friendly activities, and music all afternoon. This year's poster was designed by Melany Y. Interiano Valdez from the Watkins College of Art at Belmont.
