She sang with Dolly Parton and Kenny Chesney, and Faith Hill recorded her song "Come To Jesus," but Mindy Smith was raised in Long Island, not Nashville where she now resides. In this interview, she talks about how her upbringing and personal struggles (including a bout with an eating disorder) led to songs like "Out Loud" and "One Moment More."
