What a wonderful way to wrap up an incredible year of Hume-Fogg Theatre! 🎭💙

Our annual HFA Theatre Family Picnic was filled with food, fun, games, and great company as we celebrated all that we’ve accomplished together. Thank you to the High family for graciously hosting this special event!

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our outgoing Theatre Board parents of seniors — Laura Beth High, Kathy Sinback, and Angie Phelps — for their dedication and support over the years. You have made a lasting impact on our program!

And we loved welcoming some of our incoming 9th graders into the Hume-Fogg Theatre Family — the future is bright!

It is my honor to congratulate Carolina High, this year’s recipient of the Daron Bruce HFA Booster Club Theatre Scholarship. 🎭

This scholarship is awarded through a selection process led by a panel consisting of a Hume-Fogg Theatre alum of at least ten years, a current HFA faculty member, and a member of the HFA Theatre Board—making this recognition especially meaningful.

Carolina has been an outstanding member of our theatre program, demonstrating both dedication to her craft and a genuine passion for performance. It has been a privilege to witness her growth during her time at Hume-Fogg.

This fall, she will attend Lipscomb University to pursue a degree in Musical Theatre. I am confident that her talent, work ethic, and passion will lead her to great success in the years ahead.

Congratulations, Carolina—this honor is so well deserved.
