Since its founding in August of 2003, Upasana Performing Arts Center has grown to be the largest and top rated Kathak school in the state of Tennessee. Our mission is to provide a rich cultural resource to future generations, through the exploration of India's classical fine arts. Upasana offers classes in Kathak, which is a North Indian classical dance form, and Hindustani Vocal. We look forward
