For the past 30+ days I’ve been putting the junk food and phone down more and focusing on finding my natural rhythm. 🎶

-I have times where I am my most bloated self.
-There’s a time and place for everything.
- this body is our she’ll . Respect what God gave us by taking care of ourselves.
- We’re a part of nature and creation. Everything is subject to cycles.

In pursuit of happiness I’ve been living a blissful life. ☀️
