LOVE the way this painting of my friend’s childhood home turned out 😍 Commissioned as a gift for her parents’ 50th anniversary, it almost felt like cheating (too simple,perhaps) painting the silhouette of the home and not the outside details, but once I really put paint to canvas I realized the most important details were those happening within the walls of this Maryland house. I remain incredibly grateful for the opportunity to capture such special memories for such special occasions. LMK if you are interested in a painting, too.
