has dedicated his life of uniting people through the power of gospel music. Rod has been inspiring voices for over 3 decades.

He founded NCGC in 2022! We won large choir category “HOW SWEET THE SOUND” in 2023!! New dates coming!! Nashville Community Gospel Choir was founded in 2021 with the vision of Music Minister Rod Milbourn to bring together worshippers, musicians, and singers from all backgrounds, ethnicities, and all walks of life and promoting unity in the body of Christ. We are a vehicle for those looking for a way to use their God-given gifts and have a passion to sing, worship, and minister in music with excellence, We are committed to reaching out, not only in our local communities but anywhere there is a call to minister and spread the message of joy, hope, love, and encouragement through Gospel music! NCGC has been featured in many concerts and venues in the past 3 years including the 2023 How Sweet The Sound Winner (Large Choir Category) 2024 GMWA Sunday night musical in Memphis, TN just to mention a few. Director Rod Milbourn comes from a gospel music background of directing, singing, playing, performing, and teaching. Rod has served on the music staff in Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, and Colorado. He was the founder of West Tennessee Mass Choir which recorded, traveled in ministry, and sang at some of Gospel's most recognized venues as The Bobby Jones Gospel Show, The Holy Convocation Musical (Church of God In Christ) Memphis, TN, and The Olanda Draper Music Conference. Taught and performed at music conferences such as; Indiana Bible College, Gateway College of Ministries, and Jackson College of Ministries to name a few. He is currently on the music team at The Pavilion Church, Madison, TN. NCGC is available for concerts, community music events, and musicals.
