September is here, school is back in session, and the Central Ave construction project is underway again. Please be patient with the construction traffic.

Just this morning, there have been multiple incidents of people driving on the sidewalks, speeding down the alleys at 30-40 mp and pulling out onto Central Ave in an undesignated area. These actions are causing delays and halting large equipment, and creating serious accident risks.

Keep in mind that it is going to take a little extra time to go through this area or consider planning an alternative route. We understand it is inconvenient, but the good news is the project be completed within a couple of weeks.

Wow, the 121st Florence County Fair has wrapped up on a high note. Although the weather didn't cooperate most of the weekend, it was still an incredible event. Today was filled with exciting activities, including our classic car and motorcycle show, a riding demonstration from the northern saddle club, pony and draft horse pulls, music from Lovin' Country, and more. While the rain continued, we managed to capture this heartwarming photo when the fair came to a close. Our dedicated Florence County Fair volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, pony and draft horse pullers, mud run drivers and teams, and truck pullers and their teams are the true treasures that make our event shine. We're forever grateful for their hard work and commitment, and we do it all for the joy of our community.

Our Pony Pull is underway, and our draft horse pull is next at 3 pm. The time for the 2025 Florence County Fair winding down, but there Is still time to join us!

This is it. It is the last day of the 121st Florence County Fair. Join us today for the Classic Car and motorcycle show, pony and draft horse pulls, a demonstration by the Northern Saddle Club, and music by Lovin Country. It’s just $10 for the day, and then there are free inflatable’s and bounce houses for kids. We can’t wait to see you!

Wow. How is it possible that day two is already here and gone?! It was wonderful to see so many faces, a terrific Mud Bog, great music, lots of happy bouncing kids, and all the sunshine we shared.

You still have time to join us for the 2025 Florence County Fair…Sunday is jam packed including:
A classic car and motorcycle show, a performance by Lovin Country, a demonstration with the Northern Saddle Club, pony and draft horse pulls, and lots of great fair food. We can’t waiting to see you!
