Our 6 week kids Aerial series is back! Starting September 15, every Tuesday, kids will get a chance to learn Aerial Hammock, Lyra, and Silks as well as trying out different dance styles. Each child will discover their performance style, and work on custom choreography. At the end of the 6 weeks, the kids will get a chance to perform on the apparatus of their choice in a filmed mini recital. Sign up on our scheduling page:

Kids and Teens aerial hammock classes are now scheduled for Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 4:15 pm, starting next week!

Our next 'Intro to Aerials' class for 18+ is Sunday, June 21 at 4pm. Link in the comments.

Common questions we get about intro classes:

Is an "Intro to Aerials" class a prerequisite? It's not! Adults may join any aerial class, and the instructor will give you beginner moves.

What's nice about 'Intro' classes? We keep attendance small-usually four people (or less!), so you get lots of 1-1 attention. You also get to try three apparatuses: hammock, silks, and lyra (aerial hoop)!

Do you have to try everything? No! Moves are optional, and you can choose what feels right for you that day.
