Attention Banbury Place community!

We have received some disturbing news that someone is sending emails pretending to be Banbury Place Events.

Please be aware that our official email address is [email protected]. We will not contact you about Banbury Place Events from another email account.

We are also, unfortunately, seeing fake accounts in our social media comments attempting to direct artists elsewhere to apply or pay booth fees. These accounts are not affiliated with us.

All official applications for our events are submitted through banburyartcrawl.com.

These days, it is so important to be cautious about messages you receive. Check the email address or account sending the message, look closely at links before clicking them, and if something doesn’t seem right, question it. You can always reach out to us directly if you receive something strange or are unsure whether a message is legitimate.

Hello fellow artists and makers!

It’s time to apply for the Banbury Place Holiday Market. We’re looking forward to bringing everyone together again for a day of open studios, handmade work, art and holiday shopping at Banbury Place.

The Holiday Market will be held Saturday, December 5th from 10am–4pm. Applications are open through September 20th.

Mark Lone is a Banbury Place resident artist in Studio 127 whose distinctive illustrations are instantly recognizable for their bold linework, striking contrast, and graphic style. Whether he's drawing wildlife, fantasy-inspired subjects, familiar local scenes, or beloved characters from pop culture, each piece reflects an incredible attention to detail and a love of storytelling through illustration.

For this year's Summer Market poster, Mark created an illustration inspired by a corner of Banbury Place Building 13. The artwork captures the character of a place many of us know so well and love.

Visit Studio 127 during the Summer Market to explore more of Mark's work, including the debut of his crowned crow artwork.

🦋 A Banbury Place adventure can work up an appetite. As you wander three floors of artists, makers, open studios, and curious discoveries, you'll find plenty of delicious reasons to pause along the way.

☕ Not Justa Coffee Shop will be serving coffee, baked goods, sandwiches, and snacks on the Ground Floor.

🥪 Jay Ray's will be on the 2nd Floor with hearty sandwich meals made fresh for hungry market-goers.

🍋 Juice by Tene will be in the parking lot serving fresh fruit drinks and refreshing summer treats.

🌽 Colia’s Sweet Creations will be in the parking lot with loaded grilled corn and homemade baked goods.

Whether you're starting your day with coffee, grabbing lunch between studios, cooling off with a fresh drink, or treating yourself to something sweet, there's a little something for every appetite.

🦋 This spring, June Hootman Art received the Valley Art Association Award for her piece "Loaves and Fishes – Unprocessed" at the Heyde Center for the Arts Spring Show.

June's work is instantly recognizable for its whimsical style, playful details, and characters that seem to exist in a world all their own. While her creative process is rooted in exploration and discovery, her mark making is as unique as a fingerprint.

We're delighted to share this award-winning piece and celebrate one of the many talented artists who call Banbury Place home.
