Swap Meet tonight is at 5PM in chicken Hill!

11/04/2020

All swap meets for the remainder of the semester will be held at 5pm in the Chicken Hill Lot each Sunday to try to beat the cold!

09/03/2020

Swap Meet #2 will be held Saturday, 9/5 from 3-5pm in the Chicken Hill Lot on campus.

Officers will have a table to pay dues and become an official member of Car Club at Virginia Tech. By paying dues, you get a CCVT membership T-shirt, card, and sticker. You also gain access to our private Facebook group where you can see club events and access club tools.

This year will be very different from previous years, Swap Meets have been adjusted to comply with VT’s COVID-19 guidelines and approved by the university. Rules have been set in place and must be strictly followed.
Masks are to be worn at all times during Swap Meet
Social distancing is to be practiced at all times
Cars will park one space apart to prevent crowding and maintain a safe distance between members and attendees
There will be one entrance and exit. Upon entry, you must scan and complete the QR code and google form for contact tracing by Virginia Tech
Tape will be placed on the ground to form a line for the dues table, members are expected to follow social distancing while waiting to pay dues. Officers will make sure everyone has an opportunity to pay, there is no need to crowd the table.
These rules are non-negotiable and any members found in violation may be black listed from CCVT. If CCVT is found to be in violation of any of these rules, the club could lose all on campus privileges and funding for the year. Do your part, don’t ruin Car Club, not wearing a mask isn’t worth losing Car Shows for the year.
