Today I showed up to teach Zumba with a lot more on my heart than anyone knew. My grandma was about to undergo surgery, and as soon as class was over, I went straight to the hospital. ❤️🙏
It reminded me that you truly never know what someone is carrying behind their smile.
For me, Zumba is more than a workout or a class I teach. It’s my place. It’s where I can turn the music up, move my body, clear my mind, and for one hour just breathe.
Today, I needed Zumba and these ladies more than they will ever know. 💃❤️
