NEW CLASS ALERT 🚨

DTF: Down To Flow w/Alberta
Thursdays @ 6pm

While this is not necessarily a competition-prep class, it’s a fun way to explore the DTF category, build confidence, or get your feet wet if competing has crossed your mind.

Explore hypnotic body waves, fluid floorwork, low-flow pole, smooth transitions, and continuous movement that feels as good as it looks. You’ll also learn level-appropriate tricks and how to weave them seamlessly into your flow. We’ll play with pacing, musicality, texture, and sensual movement while finding options that work for your body and movement style.

This class is best suited for intermediate and advanced students. Beginners are encouraged to start with Beginner Flow-Reo.
