Mike Stanley memorial

We have a winner. Michael O Brien (+30) takes the title beating Billy Kelly (scratch) 3-1 in a great final. Commiserations to Billy. Played well all day and a well deserved win. Thanks also to the Stanley family for their generous donation and keeping those hungry players fed throughout the day. Also thanks to Eddie Ryan ( tournament director ) who gave up his time for the whole day to direct the tournament. Also to Tony Seymour (chairman) for organising the competition and Gary Power ( committee member ) for sorting the draw. Thanks all.

AMC Cue Sports is proud to announce the Nenagh Open 2026, marking our second year as event promoters and the 13th edition of one of the world's top amateur snooker tournaments.

We are excited to continue working closely with the New Institute Snooker Club, Snooker & Billiards Ireland, and the town of Nenagh as we build on the success of last year's event.

The Nenagh Open 2025 welcomed players from 11 different countries and showcased the growing international appeal of the tournament. The 2026 event will feature a €20,000 prize fund and promises to deliver another world class weekend of snooker in the heart of Tipperary.

We look forward to welcoming players, officials, sponsors, and supporters from Ireland and around the world for the latest chapter in the history of this fantastic event.
