The cast and creative teams have been working long and hard on this show which is very different to what you’ve seen from us before. From wolves to spindles of gold, these eerie tales will have you on the edge of your seat!! 🐺

PANTOMIME ANNOUNCEMENT: SLEEPING BEAUTY🌟

We are so excited to share that our pantomime this year will be Sleeping Beauty. This is a self written script full of music, laughs and lots of mischief. It will be directed by our equally mischievous and wonderfully creative chairwoman Abbey and long standing member Jade ⭐️

We will be performing on the 17th, 18th and twice on the 19th December, so there is plenty of chance to come and see us!! 🎭

AUDITIONING:

We will be holding open auditions (as per ACTion tradition), so if you see yourself on stage rather than in the audience, come and audition with us!! 👯‍♀️

We will be hosting a readthrough on Sunday 16th August at OneNK centre. 📖

The audition will be held on Saturday 22nd August at the Ark. 🎶

COLLECTED GRIMM TALES: OUR DIRECTOR📣

Introducing the wonderful Niámh Carroll, our director for this current show.

This is Niámh’s first time directing with ACTion and she surely has started with a bang. She has been working tirelessly to ensure Collected Grimm Tales is dynamic and engaging for the cast as well as the audience.

We asked Niámh to let our audience in on her thoughts for this upcoming production:

‘I am so proud of the entire cast and the work they have already put in to make this show. Grimm Tales takes the fairy stories we grew up with, and shows us the dark underside of the original plot. With most of the cast playing multiple roles, our wonderful actors are proving once again there’s really nothing that ACTion Community Theatre can’t do’
