I had an absolutely brilliant time last night teaching a gorgeous group of ladies about making loose incense.

It was an absolute pleasure, ladies and massive thanks to Selkie Holistic Massage for inviting me along to talk at people in the most beautiful of surroundings.

Like a numpty, I took only one photo 🙄
Thank you so much and I hope to see you again soon!

If you would like me to come and run an incense making workshop at your venue, do get in touch. 💜

What a busy week I'm having. Between sports massage homework, preparing for my Sacred Smoke incense workshop at Selkie Holistic Massage and the LCAR MBS Mind, Body Nd Spirit fair at the Assembly Rooms on Sunday 25th, I haven't had a minute.

So, it's time to breathe.
Take a minute, courtesy of the water at the Chalice Well in Glastonbury (and yes, I was standing in the water at the time and it was glorious).

Deep breaths, slow and steady and enjoy 💜

How insanely cute are these little wooden spoons I've got!?
They are ready for my loose incense making workshop at Selkie Holistic Massage on Friday 23rd of October.

If you'd like to book in and learn a bit about the history of loose incense and make your own to take home (and get to use one of my super cute spoons) contact Selkie to book!

Bells aren't just for Christmas!

I've been making Witch Bells which are a type.of protective charm that you hang at a threshold to banish negativity.

They come with bells, beads, a charm and a little spell bottle to make sure that no bad vibes can pass.

Come and see me at Lincoln Boat Club with Gabrielle's Bells on Brayford Wharf on Saturday 17/10 to have a di**le 😆

You may have noticed that I don't show my face very often on my page, I don't like cameras and they don't like me!

I had to tell you though that my new massage bench is super comfy 💜
(It's ok to go to sleep in the kitchen, right!?)

That because I mix my own henna paste from 100% pure, natural henna it is safe to use it to decorate baby bumps?!

You may notice I've had a name change!
The old Knotwork name was thought up when I very first started out so I decided to update it.

It's still me, but with a better name!

**Exciting News**
I am going to be here this Saturday with my little Incense and Witchy stall and also offering festival style Henna Tattoos 😃

The fair is through that mysterious door in the wall between the Barge and the Sea Scouts.

Is it a portal to another dimension or is it a door to a fantastic wellbeing fair?
Who knows???

Hope to see you there! 💜💜💜
