Yarmouth Creatives is an all inclusive Community Arts Centre sponsored by The Yarmouth Art &Craft Society & The Yarmouth Mall. Artists from Yarmouth, Shelburne & Digby Counties of all skill levels, mediums & backgrounds are welcome to join YAS & show/sell their work here. We have an Exhibit space for solo or group shows available for $75.00/show (currently shows run for 1 month)

A dedicated space

for workshops and meetings is also available for an affordable fee, please contact us for inquires or to book it. (space will be booked on a first come first served basis)

💙 Looking for a Meaningful Way to Get Involved?

Yarmouth Creatives and the Yarmouth Art & Craft Society are always looking for volunteers!

Some volunteers enjoy helping in our retail space, while others help organize events, set up workshops, greet visitors, assist with displays, or serve on committees. There are opportunities for all interests and skill levels.

Volunteering is a great way to meet people, support local artists, and help strengthen our creative community.

Even a few hours each month can make a difference!

This relaxed session welcomes artists of all abilities who would like to practice drawing from a live model in a supportive, creative environment.

Join local artist Laurie Francis for a fun and creative evening turning simple rocks into beautiful framed artwork!

📅 Monday, June 29
⏰ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Creative Portal, Yarmouth Mall
💲 $55 per person
👥 Maximum 10 participants

We'll be creating original framed artwork using rocks. Use Laurie's collection of rocks, or bring your own rocks, sticks, sea glass, and treasured beach finds.
Bring a friend, bring a story, bring that little collection of beach treasures you've been saving for "something someday." Be immersed in creativity while transforming a pile of rocks into something worth framing!
