Please consider us for all you family gatherings and small community gatherings. Thank you for your interest in renting the Brooklyn Bright Lights Seniors Hall. There will be a fee for a one day use of the Hall. $100 hall / $125 kitchen (not certified) included. (Above mentioned prices are subject to change.)
2. Setup and Cleanup time is to be included in the time requested for rental.
3. A respo
nsible adult must be present at all times when the hall is opened during rental. They are responsible for the behaviour, actions, and physical well-being of their guests.
4. Whoever rents the hall is responsible for their own cleanup immediately following their event. Including the removal of all their garbage, compost, and recycling. Should the renter fail to do so, any charge for cleaning the facility will be charged to the renter.
5. No smoking or alcohol on premises at any time.
6. Any damages occurred during hall rental will be charged to the renter.
7. Please leave the facility in the same condition (inside and outside) as when you first entered.
8. When moving the hard top tables (both large and small) please use 2 people and place the tables 6” from the wall. When re-stacking the chairs, please make sure the stacks are also 6” from the wall.
9. When opening the vertical blinds, please make sure the blinds are in an open position.
10. Please do not attach any articles to the walls or woodwork. Includes the use of tape, staples, or tacks etc. Please also refrain from the use of confetti, glitter, rice, and burning candles.
11. Please do not place the electric coffee or tea urns under the kitchen cabinets when in use.
12. Please do not adjust the temperature control.
13. Please bring your own tea towels & napkins when using the kitchen.
14. The Brooklyn Bright Lights Seniors Community Hall is not responsible for equipment and/or items left on premises before or after your event.
15. Any current Covid guidelines set by the provincial government must be followed.
