The Friday Special Blend on CKCU

About a month ago we interviewed Simon Phillips on the Friday Special Blend. This past Thursday he returned to CKCU (Early Thursday Blend) to discuss an interesting TV series he is producing. The first episode was shot in the Diefenbunker. Even more interesting is the format. Each episode is a 45 minute continuous shot, thus a 'one take' episode. Have a listen here. Simon Phillips will share news of a new TV series. Episode one was shot in Ottawa and there is an opportunity for supporters of the series to appear in an upcoming episode of E.L.E., an action filled drama focusing on the confusion of wartime with a lack of perspective and information.
