Proud to be volunteering at the FIFA World Cup 2026 and finally getting to wear the volunteer uniform for the first time. What an incredible opportunity to be part of such a historic event and help welcome the world to Canada.

Return to office update:
Now featuring cardio at 6:40am to secure seating.

Because obviously what my mom of three schedule was missing…
was competitive hot-desking.

Wake up before the kids.
Pack lunches.
Plan the day.
Train for the Corporate Hunger Games.

Honestly, between bedtime negotiations, gymnastics schedules, and keeping three tiny humans alive… this just feels like bonus rounds.

May the odds be ever in my favor.
(But mostly may there be a desk with two monitors.)

Being a mom doesn’t mean putting myself last.
It means showing my kids what commitment looks like.

Saturday mornings aren’t quiet. They’re chaotic.
But discipline doesn’t wait for silence.

Movement clears my head.
Training makes me stronger — physically and mentally.
And a strong mom builds a strong home.

We don’t always have perfect conditions.
We just decide it matters.

16 hours fasted. Mom of 3. Full schedule. Still intentional. 👇👇

Fasting, for me, isn’t about restriction.
It’s about structure in a life that can feel chaotic.

Between school runs, work, training, and mom life, this is one thing I control.
I break my fast with protein, whole foods, and zero guilt.

Not shrinking.
Strategizing.

Why I incorporate 16-hour fasting:

• Can improve insulin sensitivity and support steadier blood sugar (less energy crashes chasing toddlers)
• May support fat metabolism when paired with strength training
• Helps reduce mindless snacking during busy days
• Gives my digestive system a consistent rest window

It’s not magic. And it’s not for everyone.
Hormones, stress, sleep, and cycle phase matter — especially as women.

For me, it’s about feeling strong, clear-headed, and in control in a very full season of life.
