16 hours fasted. Mom of 3. Full schedule. Still intentional. 👇👇
Fasting, for me, isn’t about restriction.
It’s about structure in a life that can feel chaotic.
Between school runs, work, training, and mom life, this is one thing I control.
I break my fast with protein, whole foods, and zero guilt.
Not shrinking.
Strategizing.
Why I incorporate 16-hour fasting:
• Can improve insulin sensitivity and support steadier blood sugar (less energy crashes chasing toddlers)
• May support fat metabolism when paired with strength training
• Helps reduce mindless snacking during busy days
• Gives my digestive system a consistent rest window
It’s not magic. And it’s not for everyone.
Hormones, stress, sleep, and cycle phase matter — especially as women.
For me, it’s about feeling strong, clear-headed, and in control in a very full season of life.
