What an incredible FunFair weekend!

From the parade to amazing live music (props to SOS - The ABBA Experience for playing through the rain showers!), Fun Run, Pooch Parade, vendors, volunteers, and everything in between! This weekend was a wonderful reminder of what makes Blackburn such a special community.

Thank you to our wonderful volunteers, sponsors, performers, vendors, community partners, committee members, and everyone who came out to celebrate with us.

For over 50 years, the Blackburn FunFair has brought neighbours, families, and friends together, and seeing our community come together once again made all the hard work worthwhile.

We are so grateful for your support, your enthusiasm, and the countless memories made throughout the weekend.

Thank you for helping make the 2026 Blackburn Hamlet FunFair such a special celebration.

There's still plenty of fun to enjoy before we wrap up another amazing weekend of community celebration!

Good morning Blackburn!

The final day of the Blackburn FunFair is here, and we're kicking things off with the Blackburn Fun Run!

Whether you're running, walking, cheering from the sidelines, or simply coming out to enjoy the community spirit, we hope everyone has a fantastic morning.

Meet us at the Soccer Field behind the Blackburn Community Hall
🏃 1K Fun Run – 9:30 AM
🏃 2K Fun Run – 10:00 AM

On-site registration is $15. Just show up 30 mins before your event start time! (Cash only, please.)

Due to the ongoing weather conditions, tonight's fireworks have been cancelled.

The good news is that SOS: The ABBA Experience is still performing tonight, and the show will go on as planned!

⛈️ FUNFAIR WEATHER UPDATE ⛈️

Due to the current weather conditions, the inflatable rides are closed for the remainder of the evening.

🎆 Fireworks are still under review. A decision will be made at 9:00 PM based on weather and safety conditions.

🎤 Good news is that SOS: The ABBA Experience is performing as planned and will be taking the stage tonight!

We appreciate everyone's patience as we work through the weather and make safety our top priority.

It's the biggest night of FunFair weekend!

Join us at the Music Stage for an incredible evening of live entertainment:

• Right On - Band — 3:00 PM
• C-Sonic — 5:00 PM
• Green's Creek Revival — 6:45 PM
• and headlining band SOS - The ABBA Experience — 9:00 PM

🍻 The Beer Garden will be open throughout the evening (all drinks just $8!)

🎆 Fireworks begin at 10:00 PM!

FunFair weekend is underway!

The grounds are looking great and volunteers have been hard at work getting everything ready for an amazing weekend.

If you’re looking for something to do tonight, there’s lots happening throughout the evening, including the Kids Movie Night, Casino Night, live music from The School of Rock Orléans, Where’s Mike, and the Craft Beer Tent!
